General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the pvip platform ("Platform", "pvip", "we" or "us") and its users ("you", "user"). These Terms apply equally to pvip's website, mobile version, and all other related services.

pvip is committed to providing a safe and reliable online gaming experience for users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers a variety of games including live casino, slot games, and cricket betting.

1.1 Definitions

The meanings of some key terms used in these Terms are provided below:

• "Platform" — pvip's website and all related services.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal gaming account.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

The following requirements must be met to use the pvip platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh with full legal capacity.
• You must have the legal authority to conduct financial transactions.
• You must not be employed in a profession where participation in online gaming platforms is prohibited.

2.2 Account Registration

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. pvip reserves the right to close any account registered with false information.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pvip may verify a user's identity at any time. For this purpose, one or more of the following documents may be requested:

• Copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. This is done in the interest of your security.

Account Security

3.1 Password & Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. pvip will never ask for your password.

3.2 Allocation of Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account. pvip is not liable for transactions conducted through a third party, unless it can be proven that this occurred due to a fault on our platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

The following methods are currently available for depositing and withdrawing funds on the pvip platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds using a third-party account is prohibited.
• pvip may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• If you have an active bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same method used for the deposit.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% match bonus is offered on your first deposit at pvip, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Start playing with a total of ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → Bonus capped at ৳20,000 → Total of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion is separate and may not be combined with others.
• Bonuses are for gaming purposes only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If bonus abuse is detected (such as placing low-risk bets solely to clear a bonus), the bonus may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or the same device.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will expire once the period ends.

5.4 VIP Program

pvip's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your gaming activity and is determined by pvip.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

pvip is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated with guaranteed technical integrity. No external influence on game outcomes is possible.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game or a transaction, pvip reserves the right to void that round or transaction, or to provide the correct result. In such cases, reasonable compensation will be arranged.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting on cricket and other sports markets:

• Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after the result has been determined.
• pvip reserves the right to adjust odds in the event of market changes or event cancellations.
• Bets associated with match fixing or any other irregularity will be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pvip platform:

1. Creating or operating an account using a false identity or false information.
2. Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
3. Abusing or exploiting the bonus system.
4. Playing games using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
5. Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security system.
6. Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
7. Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
8. Spreading false information against pvip or attempting to defame it.

pvip reserves the right to immediately close any account involved in any of the above activities and forfeit all balances.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Setting Personal Limits

Users can set the following limits on their account:

10.2 Service Interruption

pvip may temporarily suspend service for improvements, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, previously placed bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.

Changes & Termination

11.1 Changes to Terms

pvip reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance as far as possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

11.3 Account Termination by pvip

pvip may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false information.
• Legal or regulatory obligations.
• Threat to platform security.
